New Mortgage Tool Available For Foreclosed and Short Sale Homes

There is a new mortgage program for low and moderate income first time homebuyers. The product allows qualified homebuyers to finance both the purchase and repair of homes that have been foreclosed or sold as a “short sale” and suffer from deferred maintenance.

This is a different program than 203k loan programs from lenders.
